Globe Telecom has opened a new store at SM City Cebu, relocating to a new space as the mall renovates its previous store area.
The new Globe Store, located on the second floor of the mall, opened on April 21, 2026, the company said. The opening was attended by Globe executives, mall partners, and representatives from the local government.
Globe said the relocation is meant to ensure uninterrupted customer service in Cebu while improving access to its mobile, broadband, and digital services.
The company currently operates four stores in Cebu and more than 15 across the Visayas.
The new store features a modern layout designed to make transactions faster and more convenient. It offers support for postpaid and prepaid mobile services, Fiber broadband, 5G SIM-related concerns, broadband applications, Express Connect, and other service requests.
“This new Globe Store in SM City Cebu allows us to be closer to our customers and better support their everyday connectivity needs,” said Evelyn Jimenez, vice president and territory head for Channel Management Group at Globe Telecom.
“As we continue to grow our digital platforms, our retail spaces remain important in delivering personalized service and helping customers fully experience what Globe has to offer,” she added.
Globe also offered in-store promos and giveaways during the opening. The first 100 customers who completed transactions received freebies, while select customers received cord holders, catch-all trays, or tissue holders, subject to availability.
The company said the store opening forms part of its broader effort to improve both physical and digital customer touchpoints in Cebu and the wider Visayas.
